Rosieres

27th March 1918

Heavy enemy shelling and Machine Gun fire. On our right flank the Worcestershire Regiment retired for no apparent reason, but were sent back. Our A Coy and some reinforcements did a brilliant counter-attack about 1500 yards away on our left flank. A small attack in the evening was driven off.
