Was educated at Tonbridge School and Clare College, Cambridge, where he took his degree, He was a good oar, and rowed for his College at Henley. On the outbreak of war Lieutenant Trier enlisted in the Artists Rifles, and went out to Flanders in October of last year. He passed through the Officers Training School and was given his commission in May. Mr. Trier was the second son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Trier. Champion Hill, and was twenty seven. , Died of wounds recieved at the Battle of Loos
